The Singapore sovereign wealth fund (GIC) and Melcombe Partners, a European logistics investment manager, have formed a joint venture to acquire and develop urban logistics properties in Europe.
The joint venture will acquire and develop well-located last-mile distribution centres and urban logistics assets in Europe’s major gateway cities, primarily in the UK, France, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands.
