The real estate fund Teleno Real Estate, managed by Josep Maria Xercavins, has acquired an office building in Madrid. The property spans a surface area of 3,000 square metres and has been renovated recently to adapt it for the production of television content.
Currently, the property is rented to a company owned by the RTL Group, which belongs to the German multinational Bertelsmann, with which it has signed a long-term contract, according to La Vanguardia.
