The fund Patrizia has entered the Spanish market for student residences. The company has purchased two assets of this type in the centre of Barcelona on behalf of its institutional clients.
With this purchase, Patrizia is curating a pan-European student residence portfolio with properties in: Copenhagen, Dublin, Hamburg and now Barcelona.
