The Scandinavian fund EQT IX Fund has signed an agreement with the funds managed by Apax Partners to buy their shares in Idealista for 1.321 million euros, as confirmed by the company itself.
However, Jesús Encinar, founder and President of the real estate portal, will maintain the majority of his stake and will continue to lead the company together with his team.
