The fund City Partners Vision has sold a residential building located at number one Calle San Roque, in Madrid, to the investment group Incus Capital. The property is a 2,500-square-metre residential building located next to Plaza de la Luna, in the downtown district of the Spanish capital. The operation has been advised by Knight Frank.
City Partners Vision acquired the building from the Spanish company Grupo Avellanar in February 2021. The asset, which was built in the 19th century (1848), is currently made up of 11 residential units, distributed over five floors and three commercial premises,. The plan is to carry out a comprehensive renovation.
