The fund Angelo Gordon has put the Bizkaia Tower in Bilbao up for sale for 150 million euros, according to El Economista. The sales process has been entrusted to CBRE and JLL.
The North American investment vehicle purchased the asset, which is located on Gran Vía 1, in Bilbao, in 2018 for 100 million euros. Now, it wants to divest the property and generate a capital gain of 50 million euros in the process.
