The French real estate asset manager Firce Capital is going to build a luxury complex of 15 villas in the area known as ‘La Fuente’. It is one of the few free plots currently available in the urban area of Marbella.
Construction will begin on the project in the spring of 2021 and is expected to be completed by 2022. The architect Ernesto Palanco, creator of numerous Mediterranean-style luxury properties with Arab influences, has been appointed to design the complex.
