Through its health asset investment division, the French real estate company Icade Santé has acquired the building that houses the Ocular Microsurgery Institute (IMO Grupo Miranza), an ophthalmology centre located in the Mirasierra neighborhood of Madrid, for 13 million euros.
The clinic has been renovated recently and comprises 30 consultation rooms and three operating theatres. It occupies a total constructed surface area of around 2,500 m2 and is equipped with the latest technology for the diagnosis and treatment of eye conditions and the performance of highly complex ophthalmological procedures.
