A new Socimi is preparing for its imminent debut on the MAB. All Iron Real Estate, an investment vehicle specialising in short and medium stay tourist accommodation, will debut on the stock market with a portfolio valued at more than 70 million euros.
Behind the Socimi are Jon Uriarte and Ander Michelena, founders of the digital platform Ticketbis, which they sold to Ebay for 150 million euros in 2016.
