The Méndez Álvaro Norte 3 project will add 85 new protected rental homes to the housing stock in the district of Arganzuela, likely before the end of the year. The compact block is going to comprise 17 storeys plus a ground floor in the central area along with 91 parking spaces.
Méndez Álvaro Norte 3 is one of 15 public housing developments that the EMVS has either already completed this year or is planning to finish. These represent an important set of projects that will bring around 930 new rental flats onto the market. These homes will be integrated into new public bids, which will be launched in both 2020 and 2021.
