
The plenary session of the Constitutional Court (TC) has explained in a ruling the reasons why it has admitted for processing an appeal regarding unconstitutionality presented by Popular Party Members of Parliament last week against the law to regulate and control rental prices, which was approved in September in Cataluña.
The ruling, which was published on Thursday, considers that the annulled provisions “regulate coercive, non-voluntary, limiting measures over property rights,” which oblige homeowners through mandatory orders and duties.
