The Government of the Community of Madrid has announced that it is going to put up for public auction almost 1 million m2 of land with a market value of €256 million.
The portfolio contains 193 plots for industrial, office, commercial and hotel use as well as for private and social housing. The plots are located in 20 municipalities across the region and are ready to be built on.
