Merlin Properties has closed an historic sale. The Socimi led by Ismael Clemente has received authorization from the National Markets and Competition Commission to sell its portfolio of bank branches to BBVA.
The price of the operation has been agreed at 1.987 billion euros and has already been accounted for, which means that the portfolio is no longer included in the assets of the Ibex-35 listed Socimi.
