The Compañía de las Islas Occidentales Group (CIO), through its brand The Tais Hotels & Villas, has announced the development of an exclusive high-end tourist complex, which will include a luxury hotel, an area of high-end villas and a golf course spanning more than 500,000 m2.
More than 100 million euros is going to be invested in the project, which will include input from Foster & Partners, the studio owned by the architect Norman Foster, and the golf course design expert Gary Player.
