The CEU educational group has bought the building that previously housed the Nuevo Parque clinic in Madrid for 17 million euros. The property, which is located on Calle Julián Romea in the Chamberí district, spans more than 9,000 square metres.
The new building will comprise four floors to accommodate more than 1,000 students distributed across 24 classrooms and multidisciplinary spaces that will be equipped with the most innovative technologies. The project also contemplates the development of offices, adapted work areas, an assembly hall and a parking lot.
