The Capriles family has sold one of its star assets in the Spanish capital. Gran Roque Capital, the vehicle owned by the Venezuelans Axel Daniel and Miguel Ángel Capriles, has sold the building located at number 84 on Calle Alcalá in Madrid for 16 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
A Catalan family office was the buyer of the property, which spans 2,200 square metres. It comprises twelve prime homes, which are going to be rented out, and two retail premises in one of the most sought-after areas of Madrid. The building was completely refurbished in 2020.
