The Canadian Fund PSP Acquires a Stake in the Proptech Clikalia

The Canadian company has joined other giants such as Softbank and Santander in investing in the Spanish firm.

Clikalia, the proptech that specialises in the buying and selling of homes is continuing to attract the interest of investors; and now, the Canadian pension fund PSP has joined the group of companies that own a stake in the firm. Existing shareholders include Santander, Softbank and Fifth Wall. Moreover, the firm has even attracted interest from celebrities such as Rafa Nadal and Iker Casillas.

According to Cinco Días, the company led by Alister Moreno has given the go-ahead to the entry of the Canadian fund into its shareholding through a planned capital increase, which will happen immediately and before its IPO, which was announced in the spring.
