The property developer Taylor Wimpey Spain has started work on five housing developments in Spain this year. Two of them are located on the Costa del Sol, another two are on the Costa Blanca and the fifth is in Mallorca.
According to the British firm, its most loyal clients this year have been Spanish, accounting for 18% of all new home reservations. Specifically, Spaniards have been most active in the province of Alicante, where 50% of the reservations have been made by domestic customers.
