The insolvency administration of the Área Norte Sociedad Cooperativa has resumed the auction of a plot with a buildable surface area of 13,380 square meters and the capacity to build up to 167 homes in ARPO, Pozuelo de Alarcón, according to El Confidencial.
Specifically, the plot in question is VPP-2a of the UZ 2.4-03 sector, which has been granted planning permission to promote limited-price social housing. The plot is one of the most coveted in the region due to the fact that the price of VPPL housing in Pozuelo amounts to 2,425.6 euros per square meter, the highest in the Community of Madrid.
