The State Attorney General, Dolores Delgado, announced on Monday that “within the next few days” she will issue an instruction for all prosecutors that addresses the treatment of squatting, a “criminal phenomenon” that requires “specific action.”
Delgado made reference to this in the opening ceremony of the Judicial Year presided over by King Felipe VI in the Plenary Hall of the Supreme Court.
