Testa Home, the company that manages the homes of the Socimis Testa Residencial and Fidere, as well as part of the Aliseda portfolio, is going to execute an asset rotation strategy before adopting a buying position over the next few months.
The firm’s CEO, Juan Pablo Vera, explained in an interview with Eje Prime that the current market situation is allowing the company to reorganise its portfolio, which comprises almost 20,000 homes, and to divest those properties “with limited potential, as well as those in which we hold a minority stake”.
