The Socimi Testa Residencial, acquired by Blackstone from its previous owners (Merlin, Santander and BBVA), recorded losses of 14.1 million euros during the first half of the year, compared to profits of 71.3 million euros during the same period a year earlier, as reported by the company to BME Growth.
The firm specialising in rental housing saw its revenues fall by just 0.2% from 44.1 million euros in the first half of 2019 to 44 million euros in the first six months of 2020.
