The real estate investment manager Terralpa has closed a new investment for its first fund, which is majority owned by Mexican capital. Specifically, Terralpa has acquired the former campus of the ESIC business school, located on Calle Arturo Soria 161, to transform it into a luxury housing development.
The property in Arturo Soria has been sold for around 7 million euros, according to El Confidencial and confirmed by Brainsre.news. That investment figure will double as a result of the renovation and subsequent transformation of the asset into 10 luxury homes.
