A leading player in Europe’s key markets, such as Germany and the Netherlands, the Dutch property developer Ten Brinke has been working for years to replicate its success in the Spanish real estate market. In fact, according to its directors, the new reality of the market, with its new players, is helping them achieve that objective.
“We are property developers, as well as a bank and a construction company. In Spain, we have been carving out a niche in the market for 15 years. The money that is coming in now is being contributed by institutional funds, which demand a series of requirements and filters, which we comply with and which give them peace of mind. I think that is one of the key reasons as to why we are gaining market share,” explains Jörg Tiggemann, CEO of Ten Brinke in Spain and Portugal, speaking to Brainsre.news.
