The Dutch real estate company Ten Brinke is making its debut in the build-to-rent business in Spain. The company has acquired a plot of land in Valdemoro (Madrid) and another in the city of Murcia for more than 65 million euros on which to develop nearly 400 homes in total.
In Valdemoro, the company has acquired a plot spanning 9,500 square metres, where it will build a development comprising 160 homes with 1 and 2 bedrooms, of which 21 will have private gardens. The development will also have common areas, a children’s play area, a swimming pool and an outdoor sports area.
