Nasuvinsa has selected Ten Brinke Desarrollos, S.L. to acquire its plot, spanning 32,068 m2, on Industrial Estate 1 in Cordovilla (formerly the site of the Superser factory) for €10 million.
The property developer is considering dedicating the land to commercial use (food and sporting), hostelry (a hall of residence for students and a hotel) or services (private healthcare) with one open-air parking lot and one underground garage.
In total, 856 jobs are expected to be created on the site.
