Temprano Capital Partners Buys a Student Hall of Residence in Madrid

The asset acquired by the firm, which is located in the Aravaca district of the capital, has 215 studios and 2,000 square metres of common areas.

The investment company Temprano Capital Partners, founded by James Preston and Neil Jones, has completed the acquisition of a student hall of residence located in the Aravaca district of Madrid. To date, the asset has been operated under the Collegiate AC brand.

The residence contains 215 self-contained studios and 2,000 square metres of common areas, including a library, study rooms, coworking spaces, rooms for private meals, a gym and multimedia rooms. The asset is located at number 79 Avenida del Talgo, near the Complutense University of Madrid’s campus.
