Témpore Finalises the Purchase of 600 Rental Homes for €100 Million

The CEO of the Socimi first announced his firm's intention to invest in medium-sized cities last May.

The Socimi Tempore Properties is preparing to make investments worth one hundred million euros this year to increase its stock of rental homes by 660 units. It is primarily looking to invest in cities such as Zaragoza, Vigo and Bilbao, where its CEO indicated, in May last year, that his firm was studying operations aimed at expanding its rental portfolio.

According to the CEO of Témpore, Nicolás Díaz-Saldaña, in statements to EjePrime, he said “we are analysing four portfolios and we hope to close the purchases within the coming months.
