Telefónica Puts a Building in Madrid Up For Sale For €22.5 Million

It will be a sale & leaseback operation, for which Telefónica hopes to receive 22.5 million euros.

Telefónica is pushing ahead with its divestment plan. On this occasion, the company has decided to put up for sale one of the modules of its offices located at number eight Calle Julián Camarillo, in Madrid.

The objective of the telecommunications operator is to carry out a sale & leaseback operation, for which it hopes to receive 22.5 million euros, and so remain in the building as a tenant for at least five more years, according to El Economista.
