The company Tectum plans to invest 84 million euros between now and December, equivalent to 35% of its second fund, which amounts to 240 million euros in total.
Moreover, the fund plans to close an operation in the Community of Madrid in the coming months, where it will construct a 100-home development. Also, Tectum is working to close another investment during the fourth quarter.
