Tectum has started work on the construction of an affordable rental housing development in the municipality of Rivas-Vaciamadrid, located 15 kilometres from Madrid.
The development, which will be executed by Locare, consists of 90 homes and will be the first in a series that will make up a portfolio of more than 1,500 new affordable rental homes that Tectum plans to develop between 2020 and 2022.
