As a partner at one of the few 100% Spanish real estate consultants, TC Gabinete Inmobiliario, Martín Perea has some of the most relevant operations in the office, residential and tertiary sectors under his belt, in a market dominated by the large international advisers.
After graduating with a degree in Law, Mr Perea worked in the international division of Banco Atlántico as deputy director of the Legal Department for 8 years, before launching his professional career in the real estate sector in 1999 at the company Gabinete Inmobiliario SA, the pre-cursor to TC Gabinete Inmobiliario. For 17 years, he worked to position the company as one of the benchmark consulting firms in the office market, advising on operations such as the move of PwC to the Cuatro Torres complex on Paseo de la Castellana, amongst others.
