The British property developer Taylor Wimpey, which has a subsidiary and important interests in Spain, expects that the Spanish market will enjoy a full recovery from the impact of Covid in 2022, according to the group’s results presentation.
In the firm’s opinion, the Spanish market for second homes, where the company specialises, “has been inevitably affected by the mobility restrictions imposed as a result of the Covid outbreak in 2020”.
