And that is precisely where the British property developer Taylor Wimpey Spain is going to launch its new Solana Village development, made up of a first phase of 48 homes with an investment of 16.4 million euros.
Solana Village will be located in La Cala Golf Resort, in Mijas, where it will work as a joint venture with the hotel chain FBD Hotels & Resort, the entity that manages La Cala Resort.
