The Dutch company Student Experience is launching its second student residence in Spain. The company owned by the family office Rinkelberg Capital, created by the founders of TomTom, is going to promote a student residence with 520 beds in Granada, as reported exclusively by Brainsre.news.
The residence will be located in the Granada Health Technology Park and is scheduled to open for the 2023/2024 academic year. Acciona will construct the property.
