The Spanish-Swiss fund Stoneweg has prevailed in the process to purchase the Los Monteros Hotel in Marbella, in the province of Málaga, according to El Confidencial.
Specifically, Stoneweg, which was co-founded by Jaume Sabater and Joaquín Castellví, has submitted an offer amounting to 47 million euros for the property, which was inaugurated six decades ago.
