Stoneweg Buys Coca-Cola’s Former Plant in Fuenlabrada to Build a Logistics Complex

The Swiss company has acquired the site of the former Coca-Cola bottling plant in Fuenlabrada, spanning more than 220,000 square metres, where it will develop a logistics complex.

The Swiss real estate platform Stoneweg has acquired the site where the former Coca-Cola bottling plant used to be located in the town of Fuenlabrada to build a new logistics complex in the southeast of Madrid.

This operation has involved the purchase of more than 220,000 square metres of land, making it one of the largest buildable logistics plots still available in the capital. For the development of the project, Stoneweg will engage Industrial Area, a company specialising in the sector.
