“Tres Cantos meets all the conditions to become the new Málaga”. This is how convinced Juan Pepa, founding partner together with Felipe Morenés of the investment firm Stoneshield, was in March at the presentation of the Investment Trends report by ULI and PwC.
And his statement is not just hot air. Stoneshield has decided to invest more than 200 million euros in the Madrilenian town to create Masid, a large multipurpose complex that will attract companies linked to biotechnology and the scientific world.
