Stoneshield is backing the Spanish real estate market. The fund led by former Lone Star directors Juan Pepa and Felipe Morenés has closed the acquisition of six properties in the north of Madrid, specifically, three offices and three student residences.
According to El Confidencial, it has bought the office buildings located at Cardenal Herrera Oria 3, Lezama 20 and Labastida 9-11, which together span a total surface area of 9,300 square meters. One of these buildings will house the MIR Asturias academy, which specializes in preparing students for the medical exam.
