Stay by Kronos, the build to rent platform owned by Kronos Real Estate Group and Nuveen Real Estate, has bought two plots of land in Madrid and Barcelona. Its goal involves a new concept, to rent out more than 600 premium homes.
The two new plots are located in the Madrilenian town of Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), where 332 homes will be built with an initial investment of approximately 62 million euros; and in Sant Pere de Ribes, a Barcelonan municipality that borders Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú, where another 302 units will be built with an investment of 66 million euros. Both projects are due to be completed at the end of the first quarter of 2025.
