The action is non-stop in the logistics market in Spain. On the same day that two international giants, namely Panattoni and Prologis, started the construction of new assets, Starwood Capital Group, the global private investment firm focused on the real estate sector, acquired a logistics warehouse spanning 39,000 square metres in Seseña (Toledo), through its controlled subsidiaries.
Located on the A-4 highway and with great visibility, the asset is directly accessible from the highway, which is the main communication route between the centre and south of the Iberian peninsula.
