The Socimi Meridia III, managed by Xavier Faus’s investment firm Meridia, has closed the sale of one of its logistics assets to Starwood.
Specifically, Meridia III has sold a logistics warehouse that it owned in Alcalá de Henares, in one of the most sought-after areas of Madrid’s logistics market. The asset, which spans 26,400 square metres, has been sold for 24 million euros, a price significantly higher than the 15.5 million euros that Meridia III paid for it at the end of 2018.
