The Swiss financial advisory firm Spearvest (SSL) has invested in a new turnkey project located on the Centrovía industrial estate in Zaragoza. The logistics platform is currently under development and will span an area of 21,000 square metres on a 35,000-square-metre plot .
The Spearvest fund will manage the development of this project, which already has a future tenant, since the Swiss manager has signed a 14-year lease contract for the entire space with a first-rate Iberian logistics operator, according to El Inmobiliario Mes a Mes.
