The Spanish real estate market occupies nineteenth position in the global transparency ranking of one hundred countries, according to the “Global Real Estate Transparency Index” (Greti) study, prepared by the real estate consultancy JLL and the investment fund LaSalle Investment Management.
The latest edition of the study includes the analysis of 99 countries and regions, as well as 163 cities and their areas of influence. It concludes that the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, France and Canada have the most transparent real estate markets.
