Spain’s Parking Sector Grows by 3.5% as it Awaits the Impact of the Crisis

Revenues in the parking sector in Spain and Portugal amounted to €1.2 billion in 2019, up by 3.9% YoY, of which €1.1 billion corresponded to the Spanish market, according to DBK.

Revenues resulting from the rental of parking spaces in Spain and Portugal amounted to €1.2 billion in 2019, up by 3.9% compared to the previous year, whereby maintaining the upward trend started in 2015, according to the DBK’s INFORMA Sector Observatory.

89% of the total revenues corresponded to the Spanish market, which experienced an increase of 3.5%, to reach €1.1 billion. For its part, revenues in the Portuguese market increased by 6.9%, to €139 million.
