The hotel firm Sonder is expanding its presence in Spain. The US company has announced that it will operate a new five-star hotel at number 29-31 Paseo de Gràcia in Barcelona and a four-star hotel on Gran Vía in Madrid, a few meters from the newly renovated Plaza de España.
The new Sonder property in Barcelona will have 65 rooms, a rooftop terrace and a garden patio; its doors are scheduled to open in the second half of 2022.
