The real estate services company Solvia has launched the campaign ‘Plots that become homes’, in which it will sell around 600 plots of land for residential development by individual owners.
The average price of these plots is 30,000 euros, with a buildable area of 500 square metres. They are mainly located in the Valencian Community (260 plots), Catalonia (100), Castilla-La Mancha (80) and Castilla y León (60). The provinces of Castellón, Guadalajara, Burgos, Tarragona, Barcelona, Girona and Toledo comprise the most assets to the campaign.
Analysing prices, Castilla y León is the autonomous community with the cheapest plots of land, €15,000 on average. At a provincial level, Guadalajara and Burgos bring this figure down to €8,000 and €10,000, respectively.
