The self-storage operator Bluespace, which has 40 centres located in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia, has purchased an 8,259-square-metre industrial warehouse from the Socimi Silicius, to cover its expansion needs in the Valencian capital.
The consultancy BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the sale and purchase of this four-storey property located on Calle Fusters de Vara de Quart, on the only industrial estate located in the city of Valencia itself.
