The promoter Sierra Blanca Estates (SBI) has presented two residential projects on the Costa del Sol to a group of investors aimed at buyers with high purchasing power.
Epic Marbella will involve an investment of 180 million euros, while the Sierra Blanca Tower in Málaga, designed by Carlos Lamela, the well-known Spanish architect, will see an investment of 75 million euros. In total, the joint investment will amount to more than 250 million euros.
