Servihabitat is now the manager of Kutxabank’s assets. The servicer is expanding its portfolio after being awarded the tender by the financial institution in August 2021.
This new portfolio is made up of 9,000 real estate assets, with a value that exceeds 1.1 billion euros. The properties are located mainly in Andalucía and the Basque Country. Servihabitat will manage these assets for the next 5 years.
